This two storey extension and renovation of a 1920's federation home created four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two dining rooms, three internal living areas, and full European retractable roof over the outside entertaining area which flowed onto the yard and new pool. A cabana was constructed to create a unique outdoor room off of the pool.
The interior was restored to the 1920's federation style using special cornice, ceiling roses, and fireplace surrounds. However, modern features of full-house radiator heating and underfloor heating were installed to add to the comfort of the home.
