Underpinning and back-propping boundary walls, the team excavated 1200 cubic metres of soil from under an existing 2 storey brick/concrete house.
Three storeys were rebuilt to contain six bedrooms, five bathrooms, three internal living areas, four external decks including a roof top deck. A specialised bar/entertainment level with a customised wine rack, polished concrete bar, social media room and pool/spa completed the project.
